He's generally more of a listener than a talker, but every once in a while he pipes up with something smart to say or cracks a joke or two. When he's with the right people, however, he isn't shy at all, and in fact, you can't get him to shut up.

Story– Asher grew up without a father figure, and as the sole son of his family. From the day he was born, the only person he had was his mother. Being that he was her only child, she, naturally, was a little bit paranoid. Always worrying about him, making sure he's okay, that kind of stuff. Asher, in turn, always makes sure that she's okay. He has a bit of a soft spot for his mom, even if he denies it. Asher is a mama's boy through and through. Growing up in Tulsa as a single mother isn't easy, though, so the two never had much money. Asher's picked up more than a few summer jobs to help support his mom the best he can. However, his mother is one of the few people he's ever soft around, as he puts up a rough and tough facade. He really does have a heart of gold.
