I used to post individual workouts. This year I want to take that to the next level. I will be switching my routine each month. For March 2023, because it is the 3rd month, I’m working out 3x per week. I will be following the #Stronglifts5x5 workout. This is my favorite regimen when beginning or returning after a hiatus. “It takes 21 days to build a habit 90 days to build a lifestyle.” So for the next 90 days I am going to do my best to show up.
