PERSONALITY
Wolfgang is a rather impulsive teenager. He likes to head right into adventure. Though, even when he doesn't, trouble usually tends to find him anyways thanks to a streak of bad luck. It doesn't help he has a lack of self care and rather morbid sense of his immortality.
He can be a large spitball of energy, however. Childish, energetic, and even pushy to others. Can be a little bratty. Talks rather rough with swear words and sarcasm. He can be a bit of grump, especially if approached by a stranger, but when he gets used to someone they'll find he's a very warm person who does try to help others.
BACKGROUND
"You'll need this soon." A stranger told his grandpa before handing him a book he couldn't even open. Deeming it junk, Wolfgang excitedly asked to have it before running off to play in the woods.
At his treehouse in the woods, the book immediately spoke, "You're to die soon, child. Form a contract me and I'll ensure you'll live." Filled with childish wonder of adventure and oddity, Wolfgang agreed. He didn't even think about it's words— you're to die soon.
And he did. Riding his bike home later that day, he ran right in front of a car on the highway.
For a small price, even, for Wolfgang's temporary Immortality. See, the book's pages had some empty. If Wolfgang could recover all the pages of the book, his debt would be fulfilled.
Of course, he was only a child. Thanks to bad luck and childish recklessness, Wolfgang had mainly lost more pages than he started with. However, fast forward to age sixteen, and the boy's head has never been more into the book.
ABILITIES
REGENERATION Anything lethal on Wolfgang's body is healed at the cost of the words on a page of his book. As well as injuries sustained within a few hours of what kills him. Ex. Cuts, broken bones. It only works on short term injuries, however. He can't regenerate from old age and become young. If he had a long term disease as well, then he would revive, but the disease won't be gone.
