Can we talk about how messed up the house point system in the first Harry Potter book is?
Like, what, you let a student killing troll inside the castle Ms Granger? 5 point from Gryffindor! And you two rescue her and nearly get killed, Potter, Weasley? I suppose 5 points for each of you.
But when they wonder around the corridors at night Minerva McGonagall LOOSES HER SHIT! WHAT THE HELL? 50 POINTS TAKEN. FROM EACH OF YOU! FUCK YOU HARRY POTTER THAT'S WHY
And then Dumbledore's weird maths at the end, where JK Rowling tried to make everything work out again?
