I'm rewatching kaiji. Which gamble (in the anime) was the most exhilerating for you and who was your favorite villain character?

Honest to god, everything that happened in The Bog section of season 2 is my absolute favorite, especially because of how much absolutely WILD bullshit went into the rigging of everything, and how the mood shifted so often.

Would it still restrict you if you used a us resident’s seeso account?

well, seeso only allows streaming to the US so even in that case i would still have to use a VPN to trick it into thinking i am in the US in order to watch it, which i suppose isnt rly TOO much of an issue in of itself since its simple enough to do that these days, its just the fact that i would have to go to these lengths at all in the first place that bothers me. yeah america is a big place with a lot ppl, and im sure it wasnt the good good mcelboys decision, but the fact that so many fans get to enjoy it while so many other non-US fans like me have no legal options other than to just miss out for literally who knows how long is just such a fucking bummer.

What's your favorite anime production company

I honestly think it’s either Bones or Madhouse it really is a toss up between those two.

Both have great bursts of amazing animation, which leads to great action scenes for both, but their both strong for different reasons.

Most of the time, Madhouse had really nice, consistent and on model characters for everything except for real far off shots, and tend to work really well with making really IMPACTFUL scenes, usually based around someone getting hit real hard and real good.

Bones on the other hand is a lot more loose with their models sometimes, but they also tend to be really great at realizing character emotions and getting them across in a really tell produced way. They also tend to handle fights with a bit more style and surrealism in certain cases.

I’d honestly probably give the upper hand to Bones most of the time, because they’re absolute mad men sometimes with how extra they can be about animation.

Can’t relate because he’s very ugly and also very fast and I am very handsome and extremely slow.

Metal Head is cool but he is no friend of mine, cuz he’s a weird scumbag.

do you got any shows, not about the catching of crime, but the enacting of crime you like?

ENACTING crime? Hmm... honestly the biggest problem is that I don’t watch a lot of TV. I guess some that I’ll always dig are Lupin III, I don’t know. One Piece is kind of about doing crimes. It kinda depends on what you mean about Doing Crimes, because there are a lot of crimes, and also a lot of shows about MURDER.
