19: What word or phrase they’d rather die than say
Sierra’s is easily “I’m sorry.” She doesn’t do things unless she’s absolutely sure about them, and if they blow up in her face, she’d rather burn everything down than admit she made a mistake. There’s no way that’s ever gone wrong for her before, lol.
Jo’s is “I need you.” She made it this far in life on her own, she doesn’t need anyone! Not even hot vampire girlfriends, or absent mothers. Or so she says.
30: Their most embarrassing moment. What happened and what age
Sierra’s most embarrassing moment happened in her early vigilante days, back before she ever let the Rangers see her without her mask. She was stealing some of Ortega’s snacks from the fridge when Themmy asked her what her favorite movie was, and she had to admit that she’d never seen one before. (Themmy and Ortega fixed that fast, but Sierra agonized over that long moment when they looked at each other in silence. She hid for days.)
Jo’s happened when she was in elementary school. One of her English homework assignments was to go home and ask her parents questions about their childhood, like a little interview, but of course Rebecca wasn’t there. She asked her nanny instead, and when her classmates saw it the next day, they made fun of her. Rebecca found it torn up in the trash when she came home that weekend.

For Jo, sometimes she wishes she wasn’t so good at pushing people away. But by now it comes naturally to her, and when she realizes it’s happening it’s almost always too late 😔 So she tells herself that it was what she wanted the whole time, actually, and tries not to let it bother her (it bothers her a lot).
