Sierra Nevada’s Beer Camp Dunkleweisse with Ayinger Brewery (Picked up at Bev-Mo). A 4 of 4. Really great -- smells of some caramelized sugar and some spice and some fainter roast qualities. Nice sweet malt character in the body with more spice complexity, and a nice prickly bit of carbonation in the finish. Given the higher-carbonation finish, this is quite refreshing. Great all-around, and really nice complexity throughout a lighter (5.7%) beer.

Beer Camp Day 2: @sierranevada collabs with one of my favorite German Brewers, Ayinger. This is the Dunkleweisse and it's what you would expect from a #collab between two breweries that take beer perfection seriously. The dark malt sits perfectly on your palate while gentle hints of clove and banana dance in their lederhosen. Drinks very well and it's a perfect way to end a late night at work.
