I am not exaggerating when I say I have been thinking about this over my last 10 hr work shift, so now I’m making it your problem too. <3

So from my understanding, the trio don’t have any kind of air conditioning (this assumption coming from the open windows during summertime/ letting in wind through said window). Now imagine an unusually hot day. Everybody’s burning up. Duck feels like he’s being rotisseried. Red is so beyond hot he’s cold a nice side effect of heat exhaustion. Yellow’s hot too, but doesn’t really mind (I swear kids don’t care how hot it is, he’s also not covered in fur/yarn or feathers). They’re all chillin together, probably with the tv going, oblivious to one another. Red dose something that gets duck’s attention and he’s just like, "hey stop that." Doesn’t get a response. Tells yellow to kick him or something and tells him to stop. Yellow then proceeds to watch someone with borderline heat exhaustion and pure heat exhaustion bicker, and by some twist of fate it’s yellow that knows the signs and how to deal with it. So now it’s the baby of the family’s turn to baby his family.

Also, side note. Do you think red would pant if he got too hot? Like a dog? Also also, if this turned into anything would you be interested?

Seeing as they live in England I think it would be most logical to assume they don't have A/C because British people really don't us A/C culturally. (Which is crazy to me, also the fact that british people don't put screens in their windows like do you WANT 7000 bugs in your house???) BUT I DIGRESS

I love the thought of Yellow being the one to take care of the clump for once! Red would be incredibly susceptible to heat exhaustion due to the whole 'being a giant, fuzzy lump of felt-fur and yarn' thing, and Duck wouldn't be much better off.

I think Yellow being smart enough to figure out they've gone into heat exhaustion from all the PBS/Children's programming he watches (I'm sure there'd be an episode about that sort of thing on a real kids show that's aiming for informational as apposed to whatever the fuck DHMSI has going on) so he's like doling out wet flannels and cold water and generally enjoying himself playing nursemaid while Red and Duck bitch and moan about the heat.

I feel like Red could pant! I've already written him as being able to sweat so idk if it would actually help him cool off but I think the imagery of Red's tongue all lolled out as he pants disgusting Duck so much he's nearly catatonic with rage to be very funny

YOU!! *aggressively points* I LOVE YOU FIC! I HAVE BEEN DOING NOTHING BUT READ IT IN MY FREE TIME FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS!! I LOVE IT! I CANT WAIT TO GET HOME AND FINISH CATCHING UP!!

Screaming my loves aside, the story is really nice, and I like how you never put "y/n" you always describe how the name is said instead.

My brain will not leave the time line of the past alone, and it's so interesting. We know 20years ago the brothers were living the streets, Eclipse joined a mafia, and vigilante was abducted into a mafia. But I'm curious of all the inbetween. How long was Moon and Sun daycare attendants? How long ago was Afton mafia destroyed? An then there's all of the over lap of the different stories. How long was Vigilante actually in the mafia? How long did it take them to become Vigilante? Were Sun and Moon cops by the time Vigilante was a well know mobster? Or did they only learn of Vigilante after they became a Vigilante? How about when they got their detective promotion? How fast did Eclipse become a Mafia Boss after leaving his brothers lives? And finally, do Sun and Moon already know about the past mafia activities and are just waiting for Vigilante to say something so they can be like "we already know. Still love ya."? Cause I don't believe for a second their gonna do what Eclipse says they are. The circumstances are very different. Where Eclispe was sinking deeper into the mafia life, Vigilante is trying to separate from it. Possibly even attone for it. And I beleive the Detectives will see that.
