I donāt usually post my "fine arts" to tumblr, but Iād still like to share and yap about this project. Wanna try and use this blog as a bit of a journal maybe! Pull back the curtain. Show some of the plannings and drafts.
This first summer project is a collaboration between me and a good friend of mine (gohamprinting on insta). We wanted to try combining our loves, print and animation, and she mentioned experimenting with something called āRGB artā. Theyāre pieces that are several images in one and change based on the lighting. We thought having the animation project on top to change the prints image would be fun! For subject matter we chose something in tween our senior art shows, the Passion of Christ using the lamb.

Hello?
*blows enough dust off to make the Sahara jealous*
Eeeugh COUGH COUGHā¼ļø Jeeze! Who let this thing get that dusty!?? Someone needs to start posting stuff here again⦠the reblogs are great and all, but youād never guess this was an artistās blog. We should fix that :]
God is with you.
God chose you.
God hears you.
God loves you.
The fire was lit⦠the crowd leaned forward⦠and an old man stood in the center āunmoved.
They expected screams.
They prepared for agony.
But what they witnessed⦠was worship.
Polycarp had lived long enough to see generations rise and fall. A disciple of John the Apostle, he carried not just belief ā but memory. He had walked in the echo of those who walked with Christ.
By the time persecution reached him, Polycarp was already an old man. Frail in body⦠but unshakable in spirit.
When soldiers came to arrest him, he did not run.
He welcomed them.
Fed them.
Gave them water.
And then asked for one thing ā time to pray.
For two hours, he stood before God⦠not asking for escape, but offering thanks.
Even his captors were moved.
But orders were orders.
He was taken into the arena, where a roaring crowd demanded one thing ā his death.
The proconsul gave him a chance: āSwear by Caesar. Deny Christ ⦠and live.ā
The moment hung in the air.
And then Polycarp spoke words that would echo through eternity: āEighty and six years have I served Him⦠and He has done me no wrong. How can I blaspheme my King who saved me?ā
That was the end of negotiation.
The sentence: death by fire.
They prepared the stake.
They gathered the wood.
They moved to nail him down ā but Polycarp stopped them.
āLeave me as I am. The One who gives me strength to endure the fire⦠will also give me strength to remain still.ā
So they tied him⦠but did not nail him.
The flames were lit. They rose quickly ā crackling, consuming, violent.
But something strange happened.
The fire did not touch him. It curved around his body like a sail filled with wind ā surrounding him, but not consuming him. The crowd watched in stunned silence as the flames seemed to hesitate, as if refusing their assignment.
And in the middle of it⦠Polycarp prayed.
Not in panic.
Not in pain.
But in praise.
The executioners, confused and desperate, made a final decision.
If fire would not take him⦠steel would.
A soldier stepped forward and drove a blade into his body.
And at last ā his earthly life ended. But even then, his death did not feel like defeat.
Because Polycarp showed the world something rare⦠something costly⦠something eternal -
That true faith does not burn under pressure.
It rises⦠steady, unwavering⦠even in the fire.
They lit the flames to silence him.
Instead⦠they illuminated a witness that time can never erase.

To anwser: don't really have a comfort game (one I return to all the time) just a fav type of game. I'm a fan of open world games. I enjoyed Biomutant and the Horizon series. I also enjoy collection gacha games on Roblox (Own a Fish Pond and Creatures of Sonaria specifically).

The Bible says...
Strong verbiage...but it is God's truth.
Jesus makes me so happy, and I love Him so much! He is my glorious Lord and wonderful King. I love my wonderful King Jesus Christ! He makes me so happy!
