Ok that was a lot of work
What do folks think? Anything missing?
just finished this sweater in the middle of a heatwave (third wave woohoo...) !! probably my most ambitious knit so far, i honestly didnt think i had it in me lol but im so happy with the result despite the many mistakes and impecfection
Pattern is from the 1982 issue of the french magazine 100 idées, my grandmother actually knit it for my aunt back then!
Bunny shawl!
“Where am I??” “In my backyard😏”
Whenever I've been waiting for something to download/print, I've been making colorwork charts for the witch runes in Puella Magi Madoka Magica (based on the modern rune graphics on the Wiki). Really just a brain exercise with pixels, but I tried to be as consistent as possible. Each chart is 35 stitches/pixels tall, generally 35 stitches/pixels wide with some exceptions. /人◕‿‿◕人\
I forgot to post lol but I finished this blue sweater on September 22nd (started August 5th) and I like it, but I need to fix the collar. I did a stretchy bind off and it looks loose and sloppy in my opinion, so I'll probably redo it soon. I also want to duplicate stitch something on, preferably just one color (I'm thinking white) so if anyone has ideas let me know. Here's the sweater-
I used Patons Totem 8-ply wool yarn (I think it's discontinued sadly) in shade 119. I got it secondhand, as I do most of my yarn.
I used size 10 needles and cast on 160 stitches, worked in the round bottom up. Sleeves have two stitch decreases every 4th row. That's about it I think!
(three youtube tutorials later) it's TIIIIIMEEEEEE
i also have a purple mug and red scarf
christmas day is gonna be so peak and my family will be none the wiser
