Honestly, I don’t really picture anyone in Durarara!! as being part of the Pro-Hero culture of My Hero Academia. Most of the extraordinary characters like Shizuo, Anri, and Celty are mostly just looking for their own form of normalcy. And in a crossover like this, Celty wouldn’t even need to be a supernatural creature; she could just have a ‘Dullahan’ Quirk. Izaya’s probably the informant who is dealing information with all of the above: Heros, villains, police, vigilantes, nobody is safe from his antics. Mikado would probably have been into heros as a kid but lost that thrill along the way as he began searching for the new exciting thing. Kadota and Saburo probably have their favorite heros, but Erika and Walker are completely disinterested.
Nobody in Durarara!! fits the go-getter hero attitude of My Hero. They all just tend to trip into various plots that involve them.
That said, the LoV showing up in Ikebukuro would likely trigger a chain reaction of the heavy hitters showing up for a street fight and I'm here for it.
These two brought the exact same energy to their respective series.
Both of them were way over the top and a little ridiculous and when the plan went wrong, they folded like lawn chairs.
And I'm not gonna lie, imagining Mr. Compress and other LoV members doing this bit for no apparent reason is a thought that occasionally has free tenancy in my head.
