Emrys didn’t meet his eyes, his little hands twisting and untwisting nervously. “It - it looked like you were getting ready to leave,” he whispered. He’d thought it had looked like Luke as getting ready to go, and the young dragon would be left all alone again. 

Seeing they Luke sat and opened his arms to him, Emrys ran to him, hugging the older boy tightly. It had been much too long since the last time someone had hugged him.
