What is your favorite anime, both past and current? I'm also intrigued about how your dog got his name and the story behind it.

Oh man, that’s a really hard question!! Like nearly impossible to answer accurately I think haha! Hmm, out of more modern anime I think Mob Psycho 100 is absolutely incredible, and of course FMA:B is great but everyone says that. Everyone says both of these things whoops. I really like Mushishi as well. For slightly older anime, GeGeGe no Kitaro (80′s) has been a stable favorite since I was like, 5 or 6, and the original Dragon Ball has been a family favorite since before I was even born! Not so much into Z and onwards though. Detective Conan is also something I love revisiting every now and then. There’s probably a lot more I’m just not thinking of right now!

 As for Sasuke. It’s not much of a story lol. Us kids and Mom wanted to name him, a white dog, “Sieg” (pronounced more like Zeke), after this character in Kamen Rider Den-O because he’s white and occasionally fluff is involved and we loved this ridiculous bird man

But our father shot us down insisting that we had to pick a Japanese name to fit his parents’ naming schemes (Samurai and Geisha...). He suggested we name him “Ninja” and we all said “no, that’s stupid (same goes for his parents... white people smh)” and Mom very smartly suggested “Sasuke” instead half after Sarutobi Sasuke, because that’s a Regular Ass Human Name and wouldn’t make us die inside to say every time unlike calling our fluffy white dog “Ninja”. 

Overall I think Sasuke suited him well. It’s not a name that had much preconceived impressions attached to it for us so I think it just settled well on him. We did not know yet about a certain orange haired ninja boy anime and how absolutely tired we were going to get of people 10 years later

well i think my theme is in a state of limbo because i tried to change it and it started giving me a prompt message about needing to fix http related issues in the theme even though all I wanted to do was change the link urls and i snagged this theme like 5 years ago so im not trouble shooting nor do i want to redesign my theme so it’s gonna be like that for. a while.

at a young age i was exposed to super mario 64 and the banjo-kazooie games and they broke my brain so now i love anything where you walk around a world collecting stuff. super mario odyssey is very good too
