Some relevant and pertinent points.
-In September, government agencies were told to bring staff back into the office, regardless of need: https://news.sky.com/story/coronavirus-four-out-of-five-civil-servants-told-to-return-to-desks-by-october-12064211
-Kwasi Kwarteng claimed on the 10th Jan that government workplaces are “completely safe”.
-The DVLA was using rapid/lateral flow testing to try and detect cases in staff.
Surely forcing people into work when there is no need for them to be physically in the office is in direct contradiction of the government’s own guidelines.
