my sister does the doctor who tier list

i had my sister do a doctor who tier list. we're only on series 5 but she's seen some 12 stuff and likes him already (he's gonna be her fave i can feel it). she mainly has nice taste. like she doesn't like amy for example lol. don't ask why cassandra and harriet are in the same category. she thinks cassandra is called vanessa tho smh. don't worry i'm sure 11 will go up once she's seen series 6 and 7 hehe
