I’ve been thinking about what Capaldi said about Clara going. You expect stuff, it happens, and then something else happens… And also that it would be very sad, and over several weeks.

I think… Remember series 7a? Where the Ponds referenced stuff we saw in later episodes? It happened all out of order, and it was established with blink-and-you’ll-miss-it details. Well I bet it’s the same here. I bet that for the Doctor, Clara’s already gone, and has been for a while.

“How many Clara have you lost?” *clue Horns of Nimon gif* Haha it’s a joke that meme right? But what if he already has lost his third Clara? We’re getting used to Classic Who references, so…? (okay, it’s not the strongest hint; moving on…) That speech about how one day the memory of her will hurt so much he can’t breath? He’s remembering, or even just telling her how he feels right now. And he knows he shouldn’t put her in dangerous situations by visiting her ‘after’ she’s gone, because something else could happen to her, and cause a massive paradox. When Osgood tells Clara to ‘not let him die or anything’, he really looks too serious in the background… And then, there’s the longest month.

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that’s what is actually happening.

Twelve: "Stop looking confused! Look happy! Winning is all about looking happier than the other guy!"

Fifo: … he's insufferable.
