I am in love with Ryan Reynolds in Red Notice on Netflix. His energy is so chaotic and yet incredibly intelligent in a stealthy way.
*Spoilers below*
The Rock and Reynolds' team up with the differentiation in humor is on point. Ryan's overly talkative nature and more sensitive and emotional type is a stark contrast to Dwayne's brooding, aggressive, quiet type. And it works! It's fun and engaging and I enjoy each and every one of their scenes. They're both badass in their own way and have complicated dad relationships and I'm obsessed.
And Gal Gadot's smart, beautiful, and slightly psychotic "bad guy" that is always a step ahead is such an interesting character. She's badass in a masculine way with being an exceptionally good fighter, but she also is badass in a feminine way by owning her sexuallity and using her femininity as an advantage, and then being kinda cray cray to boot.
I wrote this before THAT twist and "I have notes". But still their dynamic stands and the Ed "I was in Game of Thrones" Sheeran cameo, and Ryan's twist ending and the team up just...*chef's kiss*
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson may need to change his nickname. 'The Sponge' has a nice, squishy feel about it.
Rock Johnson, the Dwayne
Dwayne for President

I vote for a new measuring system called The Rock
Everything is measured in comparison to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
