The Rise and Fall of She by Shereé

The glory of Shereé Whitfield after the finale was short-lived as She by Shereé was an overly expensive failure.

Shereé’s fashion show was a shit show right up to the very end. The words of Dwight Eubanks were haunting the episode:

“A fashion show without fashion, how dreadful.”

The women also said multiple times that this was Shereé’s last chance.

But the producers really gave Shereé her grand moment! I even got emotional by the episode. It was a great finale.

Too bad that her success didn’t even last a week!

Twitter and YouTube have been flooding with pictures and comparisons that show that Shereé hasn’t had an original design on her clothing line.

Fans were posting jokes about the name of the clothing line, saying “Shein by Shereé” or “She by Someone Else”. Oh, Shereé…

What makes this worse is that Shereé has had 14 years to create this collection – and she couldn’t deliver something original… 14 years!

But not only is it the design fans are reacting to. They also react to the prices on her clothes.

As the design is identical to the clothes of Shein or on Amazon, fans aren’t interested in paying the overprized versions on She by Shereé.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, fans were mocking the wrinkled t-shirts on her website.

Due to “overwhelming interest” in the website, the page is now down and Shereé posted that she’s working on refreshing and relaunching the website.

Will these pictures still be there when she relaunches? Will the prices be the same? Will the infamous Shein-design be included?

I called this post “The Rise and Fall of She by Shereé” which may be a little mean. 

It’s not the end of She by Shereé, but it certainly put a damper on her moment. We were all rooting for her!

But with this result, I’m starting to hear Drew Sidora’s digs about how Shereé never pays her bills and that she hasn’t seen any fashion from She by Shereé.

Is this half-assed hustle all we’re going to get with She by Shereé after 14 years?
