Spotted: The Wired People

These wired sculptures have been cropping up around campus—first near Kroeber (the Practice of Art building) and most recently near Dwinelle! The two wired people are holding a clear piece of plastic, presumably evoking the iPad or other tablets. Does anyone know who made these sculptures?
