hi I don't know if anyone has talked about this here, but i saw this comment and decided to share w yall. i haven't read the play (YET, im sorry) and im sure it's something that is mentioned there but i still wanted to share.

i only know of one boot that that the signing is visible in, and even then it's just like half a shadow of it. he's in the very top left corner.

i will give u my top 3 hernst headcannons

1. ernst needs glasses but he doesnt wear them so that hanschen will read the board to him in class

2. hanschen writes letters/poetry for ernst but hes too scared to show him bc he thinks itll ruin his nonchalant image

3. they go on long walks together at nighttime and watch the stars (they have renamed stars after eachother so they can always see eachother)
