Brooklyn newcomer DYLN sure captured our attention earlier this year when she debuted with Better Things, a pristine R&B inflected electronic pop song. The songstress, whose name is pronounced “Dylan”, follows up that gem with another fabulously hooking, warmly polished electro pop single named Hold. DYLN’s soulful voice emits endlessly stirring yet sweetly endearing anguish on the beautiful yet poignant tune, which boasts bold beats and grandiose production. DYLN explains that she wrote her song during a painful period of her life. Hold is about: “...needing to walk away from torment when the heart gets weary of fighting it’s battles. The things we love the most are also the things that hurt us the most.” Hold is out now on iTunes, here.

DYLN makes a fierce and sassy debut as she steps out of Brooklyn with her first single, Better Things. Her R&B inflected electronic pop snaps, swooshes, and whomps with attitude.
