So I was telling my school therapist about how I'll be starting gender therapy soon she seemed really happy then randomly asked my about my sexuality, I told her I really don't like using labels on that specific topic often but I'd say I don't care about the gender just about the person. She immediately said 'Oh, your pansexual then.' I hate this world so much.

I actually don't feel dysphoria very often but when I do feel it, it hits me like a brick wall for about 2 days I become useless and refuse to leave my home paralyzed by depression but otherwise I can go for about 2 months without feeling it. I see alot of posts saying it's bad if you don't feel dysohoric or you're lying if you don't feel dysohoric Just for the people who don't feel it at all You are valid don't let someone else tell you who you are or what you aren't

Honestly I’m so sad, I don’t want to go to school, I don’t want people to look at me. What the fuck is wrong with me. Why do I can’t be like everyone else. It just hurts so much. It hurts and it won’t stop for years.
