Unpopular opinion ( maybe ? ) I really like the cartoonish look of some characters and the colorspreads but overall, i think most of the time it looks like "scrap papers" ? Maybe because Oda wants to draw everything but a lot of the time the panels are just not easy to understand. If Oda'story telling was combined with for exemple Yusuke Murata ( O Punch Man ) or Tite Kubo ( bleach) 's drawing it would ne soooo good
I feel like Oda had this problem in early OP (don’t ask me why) because I, at times, had to re read the page numerous times because the layout confused me. I think it’s gotten better (and it can still confuse me at times) but it can be a bit of a pain.
