It’s been quite a while since I used Tumblr, or did any writing period. I have plans on the latter, as Edited4Content.com will be launching this summer. On the sports front, I’ll be writing a daily baseball column, a weekly minor league spotlight, and the return, after a decade, of my fantasy baseball column, Treasure Hunting.
Many of you know me though from comic book coverage in Wizard magazine, amongst other places, and that will be here too, with regular reviews and interviews, and hopefully previews as I get things rolling again with the publishers. I already have one big interview lined up with a personal favorite of mine, a huge name in the 90s that’s doing great work for a totally different company now, and I will be talking to him about the various stages of his career over the past three decades, with spotlights on three projects I love, each for different reasons. Other writer and artist interviews will be popping up too, and I plan on having the comics coverage, along with the sports coverage, rolling by July 1.
Also, there will be other facets of me popping up that never really had an outlet before. Don’t worry - there will be tags so that you don’t have to read them if you don’t want to. Still, I was a political science major at UVM, and politics is definitely something on my mind. Also, between having also studied psychology, and mental health issues hitting close to home, in multiple ways, those might come out too.
The joke of the name Edited4Content is that I frequently have been, and this is the one place I won’t be. I know I have had fits and starts with the opening, but I’m excited, I’m working on projects for it now, and I hope you will check it out.
