Loba's Black Market Boutique as a Rogue item for 5e D&D (Homebrew)

Okay, so I've been tinkering with the idea of bringing items from a video game into D&D (like every DM ever has). My first immediate thought was Loba's Black Market Boutique from Apex Legends. This would be used in a campaign exactly how it's used in Apex with a bit of 5e/D&D tweaking.

This item is capable of getting items from hard to reach places. The Black Market Boutique is a silver staff with a wolf's head carved into the top with ruby eyes. It has a pointed end that can be shoved into the ground. The BMB will extend and open up, emitting a blue haze. The owner (and the rest of the party) can grab two items inside by reaching into it (DM's make sure to write down a list of 10 or more items in the area the player chooses to place the BMB). The BMB has a range of 328 ft or 100 meters. Players must roll 2d10's to see what they end up with. BMB can only be used once per short rest.

(The Black Market Boutique can double as a melee weapon with 1d6 of bludgeoning damage)

Because I have nothing really to post about my fandoms we are going to instead talk about my D&D OCS mainly Julian, and the subclass I'm making for him.

So this is Julian ↑ he's an Arch-fey of the winter court, which is basically like the king or the monarch, and this is his true form. the reason why I say true form is because he has many faces: many disguises that he wears to trick people and to get his way and for fun. He appears nice on the outside but he can be quite cruel, so don't let appearances fool you. He is 356 by the time the story/future campaign takes place, he's level 20 in the subclass I made called 'the blessings of the fey' and he is under the ice elemental version of that subclass, which I will have to make spells for because there's not enough ice spells that are already in the game so.. I don't mind making more spells though cuz I actually kind of find it fun, and I might post once it's finished with each spell you'll get for every level, but I also may not so don't get your hopes up. Also the subclass is for sorcerers and is much like the draconic sorcery subclass so it comes from ancestry from Arch-fey or your character being in Arch-fey themselves, also to be an Arch-fey you have to designated by the gods and normally killed and reborn in the fey world and you also have to be born during that season you've been assigned to, so it's basically a fate that you cannot change nor force. (Sorry if this was long winded)
