On today's episode of the Chaos Crew.... the party decided to enter a bag of holding to chase and kill a monster that was stealing everyones stuff and creating multidimensional tunnels connecting all bags of holding, forgetting they all carried bags of holding and creating multiplanel explosion across the Astral Plane, destroying every bag of holding and flinging billions of people across the Astral Planes. The party unfortunately became accidental multiplanel terrorists and now face trial in front of ALL the gods to plead their case.

Loba's Black Market Boutique as a Rogue item for 5e D&D (Homebrew)

Okay, so I've been tinkering with the idea of bringing items from a video game into D&D (like every DM ever has). My first immediate thought was Loba's Black Market Boutique from Apex Legends. This would be used in a campaign exactly how it's used in Apex with a bit of 5e/D&D tweaking.

This item is capable of getting items from hard to reach places. The Black Market Boutique is a silver staff with a wolf's head carved into the top with ruby eyes. It has a pointed end that can be shoved into the ground. The BMB will extend and open up, emitting a blue haze. The owner (and the rest of the party) can grab two items inside by reaching into it (DM's make sure to write down a list of 10 or more items in the area the player chooses to place the BMB). The BMB has a range of 328 ft or 100 meters. Players must roll 2d10's to see what they end up with. BMB can only be used once per short rest.

(The Black Market Boutique can double as a melee weapon with 1d6 of bludgeoning damage)

(Worth about 1000 gp if sold or bought)

I finally read FotL sparrow lore and can't stop thinking abut the fact that even after everything Crow learned about his past and about the Guardian role in it, he still trusts them to look after Glint.

Like, Glint is the most precious thing in Crow's life, not just because his survival depends on him, but because Crow truly loves and cares about his Ghost.

And he lets Glint go and have fun with his research, cuz he knows that the Guardian will look after him.

Okay but..... the.sound the gun makes when it fades to black at the end of the Forsaken campaign is like... definitely Petra's. It's not Ace. We didn't kill Uldren. Someone has probs done this but isolate the audio file from that scene and compare it to Ace. Its sounds like a burst of energy, not a bullet

So, one time I had a modern campaign based in Germany and the party was in an airport and the Barbarian the brilliant idea of beating up a child while the parents called the police. It went a little something like this

Barbarian: Hello there, can you tell me where I can find-

Child: My parents told me not to speak to strangers.

Barbarian: Fine, my name is Chasegorre and I need you to tell me where I can-

Child: I am still not allowed to talk to strangers.

Barbarian *turns to me, the DM*: I rolled to hit the child.

Me: Why the fuck do you want to hit the child?

Barbarian *already rolling*: I can't take his sass.

Me: What sass?

Barbarian: Nat 20!

Me *grumbling*: youhitthechild

Barbarian: What?

Me: YOU START BEATING THE ABSOLUTE FUCKING SHIT OUT OF THE CHILD, HIS PARENTS ARE FORCED TO CALL 911 ON YOU. SO THE POLICE SHOW UP AND ARREST YOU!!!

Barbarian: Shit...
