So: idk what the hell happened but here's the issue:
I was cleaning my game to make it run smoother and I followed a tutorial saying it was safe to delete the contents in the downloads folder, and so I did, but the cc dissappeared from the game and the launcher won't download it because like in every version of the game, the launcher is a complete crap. So I turned all the files into packages and added them to the mods folder. Now the game just won't launch. Everything that I see when I open it is a black screen with the windows loading wheel. I waited a whole 2 hours and nothing happens. I removed my saves, and still, nothing happens. I cannot share my cc if my game does not work. At this point, I'm desperate. Any help is welcome.
My game is patched in the 1.67 version, it has all of the EPs and it's a torrented version, since the EA app does not work in my computer (Mr.DJ's Sims 3 Complete Collection)
