As for the sparkling wine,. Cave Amadeu Rústico Nature is made by the Família Geisse ($23-$26) a producer of sparkling wine in the south of Brazil. This wine is nondisgorged, and the yeast autolysis continues until the bottle is opened. This means that YOU decide the lay down time. When you are ready to disgorge the wine, instructions are provided. The wine is natural in style but comes with complexity, structure, and creaminess. It's pretty tasty! When it comes to the Bee K'onscious Brazilian Cipo Uva Raw Honey ($18), I used it to put on top of pancakes with butter. Let's just say WOW! The honey is absolutely amazing! Cipo Uva is one of the varieties of flowers in the Brazilian Rainforest The taste is a fresh, intense flavor of honey, slightly fruity with good sweetness. It's so good. It would be great in a floral tea, on a cheese plate, in a floral cocktail, etc. So yummy!
