Everyone just watches this happen without doing anything... Quark quickly gives in and pours O’Brien his synthale, and the script has him muttering under his breath about how he’s going to charge him double.
How often do you think Quark gets threatened by customers on a daily basis? especially while during Terok Nor, he a little too used to it.

He leans over the bar, grabs Quark, and plants a big kiss on his forehead... Quark is too stunned to resist...
as has been pointed out before, the script says for this part ALL ODO... Odo is using Curzon's lack of boundaries to do something he's always wanted... get to Ferengi third base with Quark.......
2/2. About Rachel and Shelby. Hm, I'm not sure if Shelby would do this. Maybe if she was really mad? You know, since it would quite shock Rachel that she wouldn't dare to move (so she won't get hurt more). Arm grabbing sounds still okay and not as painful as ear grab. But I think it was... hm, refreshing (?) to see it in a movie, especially since it was based in "traditional past" in a way? IDK how to say it, hope you know what I mean :)
It is super traditional. Old school. If anyone would do it, it would be Diane! lol. I think if I had Shelby do it, it would be as an emphasis for Rachel to "listen here" kind of thing. Like as R's already standing in front of Shelby being scolded, S just reaching out to hold onto her ear, but not tug or pinch or anything.
Hi there, it's been a long time but I was quite busy unfortunately! Have you seen Cinderella with Idina and Camila? If yes, what do you think about the scene where Idina's character ruined Ella's dress? More like a bit later, when she grabbed her ear ( if not, it's here /watch?v=9qkd7cfGBQg). Do you think Shelby would grab Rachel's ear? I honestly don't remember if she ever did (need to reread) but was wondering what you think about this :)
I have watched it! And omg, the ear grab and Cinderella's little ow and Idina's face. Honestly I was hoping for a swat there. Especially since they made a few spanking jokes in the movie anyway.
I've never had Shelby grab Rachel's ear but maybe she should. LOL. I like the visual of that but not sure that Open Arms Shelby would do that. I always have her grab Rachel's arm. It's a sturdier handle and won't hurt Rach if she tries to pull away.
What are your thoughts on it?
