Do you want to see my absolute favourite historical photo of all time ? Of course you do.
This man is literally swooning. Absolutely weak in the knees. Ladies if he doesn’t look at you the way this soldier (and the guy next to him) is looking at Linda Darnell, he’s not worth it. If this were a cartoon his heart would be beating out of his chest. Not to forget how every single face here can be used as a reaction image.
What an absolute gem of a photo from 1942
A trippy thought
So Hagrid was in 3rd year when the “Dark Lord” was in 5th year. We know that in the book series of Harry Potter the “Dark Lord” was like 72 or something, That makes Hagrid about 2 years younger. do you read me. 2! YEARS. YOUNGER! throughout the Harry Potter book series Hagrid was in his late 60s. Though that may not sound that bad to most of you, but thinking about him I imagine Hagrid in his early 40s, Like the fact he is like 65 really trips me up!
It’s duck season, and Gabby Goat is off to go hunting for a duck, which happens to be Daffy (in his original screwball persona from the early Golden Age shorts of the late 30s-early 40s). Looney Tunes © Warner Bros.
