I woke up very confused, but then troubled. I quickly looked at my clock and it was 8:03 am. The night before I specially remember setting my alarm extra early and on high so I can have a wonderful Sunday morning with a cup of coffee. Failed. Everything been failing lately, man.. I got up quick to see if my dad left, and he did. So I texted my dad saying I put my alarm on and everything! Sometimes I don't understand my parents. With my dad it's like "Take care of your own responsibilities" but then drops a bug guilt bomb on us for choosing something other than his expectations or "standards". I don't know. Anyway, I luckily get picked up by my dad and start setting up for church as sore as I am from dance class. I was scripture reader today and Sunday school teacher. I totally forgot about being the Sunday school teacher today and was so unprepared. But it was only us girls, Kayla, Mhia, and Ruthie... at first. Then the trouble boys come in. I did not think I could do this alone. Argel came to save me! He helped me handle the kids. We read a chapter in Esther cause BN and Bless said to but I never read it so I didn't really know what to ask them. Instead I had remembered I given them a deal about memorizing a verse. I promised that if they all memorized it, I'd get them a prize. It took awhile, but those kids were pretty dedicated. As a young child, memorizing things come a lot easier than becoming older. (SIGFG) For maybe 30-45 mins they all took turns reciting the verse, and they all got it. Me and Argel asked what they wanted, and they gave specific answers like garlic bread, cheeseburger from Mcds, spicy chicken, tacos from Jack. Like what? lol we decided to get them nuggets and fries for next week. Those kids....
After church, I sold some bracelets and it went pretty well! Praise the Lord! (PTL) Gots to make more though! Then before we were leaving, Roque asks me "How are you taking the stress for India?" I responded in all honesty "I'm not really stressing." My dad thinks that should change, but why? Am I suppose to be stressing over something God called me to do? I just don't take this in a negative way I guess, I see it positively as, whatever God's will is, it's going to happen. He is a big God and His will WILL be done. Who is really to know though, that me not stressing is a good or bad sign? (SIGFG)
Got home from church and pretty much relaxed until it was time for a phone/skype meeting with the rest of the India mission team in Santa Clara. My dad, Bless, and I were at my house together for the meeting. It went really well and fundraising events are now set! God is calling, and we are moving! (PTL)
The meeting was over around 4ish. I pretty much relaxed and did nothing but be lazy. Actually, I tired sewing... My sewing machine, I think it's broken. I'm so bummed. But then I tried asking my parents to let me stay in San Jose til Wednesday with my sister. But my dad said no. Blehhhhhh. Super bummed. I really miss my sister. I miss them both. I need someone, I need them, I need a mini escape. All this comes with another story... long story. Shamit came over, hung out in the house for awhile. He helped me with money. Then we went to taco bell. Then talked in his car for a long time. We can talk forever. It's cause he lives in SJ while I'm here in the Valley. He's worth it. He really helped me grow up.
