Comic by East Coast It Notes.
This one is from EastCoastItNotes. He filed it under "cartoons that don't make any sense to other people," but it reminded me of my philosophy of "Don't do something big and flashy in the name of activism/anarchism if it's just going to get you taken out of the game," so I saved it.
Solid illustration of what happens when you don't do the consequences vs. insurance calculation I talk about.
Insurance: Here, basically nothing. Chucking a cinderblock through a shop window in broad daylight offers you no protection or anonymity.
Consequences: You will get arrested, the shop will probably just call their insurance company to get the window fixed, and the story will be out of the news in 24 hrs. Nothing real, lasting, or important accomplished. 🤷♀️

I don’t remember where I saw this comic but I am so very glad I did. I think it actually might be my favourite depiction of how cats talk - apart from Miette. Not sure why. Maybe its not an individual thing. It just all comes together in a way that really tickles me.
