If anybody was curious, the Black Swallowtail is hanging in there. I put a Wyze cam by it that records a timelapse every day, and I find it funny to see that it is not just hanging motionless but stretching every so often. I do not think it will emerge this season, but it can stay where it is, even with the camera, until it is ready in spring.
