"Three Eastern Bluebirds On A Cold Winter Day" ... my newest add to my website captured in the witer of 2019 of the sweetest little Eastern Bluebirds. We've been looking for their return all winter, but no luck. Still hoping a couple will find our nesting box sometime during the season and set up house ... fingers crossed because I sure miss them!!!

Tomorrow is the first day of spring. Spring will be here when tomorrow is today—hurray.

Lately, I’ve been daydreaming about a new camera—a Canon R5 mirrorless model paired with a Canon 200-800 mm lens. Truth be told, it’s really just the lens I want, but it’s not compatible with my existing cameras, and there are no adapters to make it work. It’s funny how hobbies create the perfect excuse to buy new things. I already own four cameras—not counting my phone or the little Sony camera gathering dust in the upper cabinet of my desk. Let’s be honest, a new camera is far from a necessity.

For my wife, it’s all about sewing and quilting machines. It’s as if certain businesses saw hobbies as untapped gold mines and thought, “I can make money from that.”
