So here’s this weeks #nendoroid report. I finished pouring #easycastresin into my #nendoroidmore #yukata #mold. It took over a day for it to fully cure but I’m sure that has something to do with how old the #easycast was. With that said I was only testing out the mold to ensure to eliminate all the areas that air pockets might form. And I have since modified the mold to make that happen. :3 the next resins I will be using will be #smoothon #smoothcast305 because of its 5 minute cure time. This gives me enough time to pour and place the mold in my pressure pot before it begins curing. X3 and it’s likely that I don’t make a clear version again. Unless someone commissions me to do so. These are my first resin pieces in 2 years. Most of my arts and crafts supplies as well as my jewelry supplies are somewhere in my storage unit. The only things that I have with me are new that I purchased from Michael's recently. The molds I used I bought from Daiso last year and totally forgot about. Even with all that, I'm still disappointed that these came out kind of crappy. I swear that my apartment is lopsided since one of these came out uneven but there's also a spot in the kitchen where I always lose my balance. I think they look really pretty even though I think they're crappy and the color is really nice.
