Easy Asian Cucumber Salad- Refreshing & Quick Recipe
On hot, hazy summer days, this very easy cucumber salad is a great choice. It's cool and tasty, with thin slices of cucumber, a hint of red onion, and a tasty dill dressing.
Ingredients: 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped. 1/4 cup white vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onion, tossing to coat evenly. Sprinkle the fresh dill over the salad and gently toss again. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy!
