Ingredients: 4-5 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed and boneless. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
