This Tiramisu Pudding Parfait is a simple way to enjoy the rich and delicious flavors of Tiramisu. A divine dessert is made with layers of smooth mascarpone cheese, coffee-soaked ladyfinger cookies, and a touch of cocoa powder.
Ingredients: 1 cup mascarpone cheese. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled. 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur. Ladyfinger cookies, crushed. Cocoa powder for dusting.
Instructions: Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until it forms stiff peaks. Mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract should be mixed together until smooth in a different bowl. Mix the mascarpone and whipped cream together by folding them in slowly. Coffee liqueur and brewed espresso should be mixed together in a small bowl. Crush ladyfinger cookies and put them in the bottom of serving glasses. Put some of the coffee mix on top of each glass of cookies. Put some of the mascarpone mixture on top of the cookies. Put more layers on top of each other until the glasses are full, and end with a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Put cocoa powder on top of the parfaits. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours to let the flavors mix. Have fun with the Tiramisu Pudding Parfait when you serve it cold.
