Changing the way I title my diary entries because I am a simple soul and I am getting confused. Breakfast: 30g porridge oats with half semi skimmed milk, half water, coffee no sugar. Snack:coffee no sugar Lunch: smoked salmon salad with olives. Plum and two mini tangerines. Kitkat mint. Coffee no sugar Snack: a single strawberry Tea: skinny margerita: tortilla wrap, salsa, onion, tomato, two slices of salami and 30g cheese , whack under grill, like a pizza but a whole lot lower in calories and fats. Snack: none, I was really full!!! Gym: non. I have no motivation to exercise this week... Don't know why, but I am been extra clean on food front.
