Spent all night in pain.
Got a doctor's appointment for this morning. Just can't go through a night like that again. Owwwwwwwwwwwww. I'm starting to think it's something a little bit more sinister than indegestion.
I get heartburn when I eat dairy products. Milk is the worst. It wasn't always like this. It only started when I was 18.
Ah this is the first real experience for me and I'm 23. It's horrible. I haven't eaten much dairy but I did have a four day holiday of junk food and alcohol so I'm wondering if my body is just readjusting to healthy eating.. ... Whatever it is... I would appreciate it to stop now!
Does anyone else experience horrendous heart burn / indegestion???
This is the worst feeling I have experienced in a loooong time!
50/50 should be fine to still lose weight. Strength training to build up your muscle mass will also increase the fat you burn, because it takes more energy for your body to maintain and use the muscle! :)

Im not feeling inspired about tea
And thats going to be a problem! This is the friday night takeaway devil raising its ugly head. Happens every week at this time. I plan healthy all day, then I get hungy (at normal time) and I start graving salt, fat, burgers, cheese, kebab or, like tonight, chinese with a load of salt and pepper spiciness!

Amazing mac and cheese. Under 400 calories. Still high in sat fat and generally more than I normally have on a lunch time BUT for some Friday comfort food... ... Perfecto!

Food diary...
Tuesday: Breakfast - granola and milk, coffee Lunch - chicken ceasar salad with croutons Snack - Pom bears Dinner - feta cheese omlette with Salas Snack - mini slice of birthday cake Gym - 1 hour but spent a lot of time setting up machines and familiarising myself with new layout etc. Wednesday: Breakfast - granola and milk, coffee Lunch - chicken ceaser salad with olives Snack - nearly had a slice of cheesecake out and about but stuck to filter coffee! Dinner: chicken and leek bake with roasted new potatos. Snack: sour cheese and black pepper popcorn snack pack Then my friends stop for cheeseburgers and I just ordered a diet coke 😊 my motivation is back now!!! Gym - massive two hour workout. 45 minutes cardio then the rest weights. then walked 15 minutes to meet friend directly after! Thursday: Breakfast - Apple before gym and then granola with milk, coffee. Lunch - chicken ceasar salad Snack - pom bears Dinner - jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw Snack - mini slice of birthday cake Gym - went to gym early doors and loved it. 45 mins cardio and an hour of weights... On it like sonic! And I am on track for today too!!! Although maybe no gym. The food plan looks like this Breakfast: granola and milk, coffee Lunch: homemade Mac and cheese. I have been obbessed with it since my niece ordered it in a restaurant on holiday and I have found a reciepe for under 400 calories. I wanna try it today whilst I'm free so then if it's nice, I can make it and freeze it for evening meals for when I am too busy! Dinner: white fish fillets baked in oven with peppers stuffed with kidney beans and topped with feta. Snack: I plan to have pom bears, mini light babybel and , because it is Friday night, I might get a packet of sweets from shop! If I get there! Aiming for no takeaway this weekend!
Woken up after a massive 10 hour sleep
And everything hurts. Three days of back to back gym have caught up! My arm muscles feel like steel. I have also woken up starving hungry. I was going to go to gym today but I think I'll make this my rest day and go tomorrow. My body is crying out for a rest!

And that's ok. It's hard work... But we can do it 😊 Keep your chin (or in my case chins) up!

I get it, it's not good for you. It's really not. But my God, it satisfys at least 20 cravings at once. And for that, I am eternally grateful.
