If you watched my insta story from #nationalramenday yesterday, you would have seen me tackle a spoon of this soup that was way too big but worth the struggle. The people over at Eat Noodle in Bridgeport have a small menu serving up big flavors. The broth was light and flavorful with all that seafood swimming amongst the noodles. The crispy pork spring rolls were so yummy when dipped in the sweet fish sauce.
