After measuring 5’10” all my adult life, imagine my shock yesterday when I was told I’m 5’8” now. “Huh? Are you kidding me? Two inches! Why is this such a surprise?  How is it that I didn’t know this was going to happen?” The nurse laughed it off and told me it’s just the aging process. Boy, it feels good to see some sort of improvement.

Beginning 10/10/11. 186 Ibs.

Current 11/1/11. 169 Ibs.

Just got back from the SRC.

I ran 3.2 miles in 30 minutes. I biked 8 miles in 30 minutes.

I had to wear two bras, due to the fact that I only own two sports bras and they're both drenched in sweat from the past two days. Blechhk. Laundry here is $1.25 to wash AND $1.25 to dry. I don't have the money/time/patience for this. :(

On a good note, I HAVE LOST 7 POUNDS. I know a lot of weight practically melts off you in the first week, but shenanigans. This is awesome. :)
