Your girl paddled the entire lake today a set of stairs and learned to safely get back on the board in case I fall in. I’m so blessed that my new paddler friend @keifercat recommend that I practice that today. My instructor did not cover that in my SUP lesson in Hood River. Kind of an important skill, right? . I Completed 10.08 miles run this morning. It wasn’t easy and my whole body especially my legs aches but I know my scale will thank me. 😁

I did 250 push ups today.
The first 120 I did in sets of 30 with my feet inclined
Then 30 regular
Then about a hour later I did the other 100 in sets of 50
I must say that today was just as good as a day at the gym. Also it felt great doing 50 push ups twice it has been a long time since I could do 50. All in all I am working oh my workout habits I don't want the gym to be my crutch. Just because you don't go to the gym doesn't mean you can't get a good workout in.
