★— IT WAS RAINING BREAD. And for once, this wasn’t a fever pitched dream that Steve was having --- it was ACTUALLY raining bread, and just on HIM. Loafs falling on him, smacking him hard as they gained momentum from the sky above --- Bread bread everywhere and not a bite to eat. 

HOW WAS THIS HAPPENING?

As soon as he tilted his head to get a better look, he felt another slice land on it --- flat on his face until he shook it off, spinning around to try and find the culprit --- who took the form of stars themselves. He should’ve known --- 

A squint of the eyes followed his toasty revelation, huffing -- but strangely pleased to see this playful side to the universe itself.
