Salt and pepper to taste. 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. For the Creamy Potato Soup: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, saut until softened. Stir in flour to create a roux. Gradually whisk in chicken broth to avoid lumps. Add potatoes and thyme, simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Serve the Toasted Ham and Turkey Sub with a side of Creamy Potato Soup. Enjoy your comforting and delicious meal!
