boredom never did suit selene. throw in her love for adventure and exploration, then add in zeke, and the ending can be quite catastrophic. in fact, it is highly advised that they do not go anywhere without a supervising friend (i.e a friend/ wonderful family member who actually knows what the hell they’re doing).
“god, is it boring here or what?” selene says, leaning back on the chair until she’s balancing on the back legs. she’s tipping dangerously close to the ground, but just as she’s about to fall over, the chair rights itself again.
the silence settles over the two of them again for a moment before a lightbulb seems to flash above her head.
“zeke, you know what a good idea would be?” selene muses, currently sitting on one of the chairs in his dorm. she stares at the ceiling still in thought for a moment before she makes eye contact with him. a smile curls on her lips, and any normal person would probably look at her and scream ‘no way’. it’s her ‘i’ve got a wonderful idea, and you’re going to love it’ look, and this particular look is flashing warning signs to the normal passerby to stop the girl at once.
“what if we just buy a map and like go out there into the forest or wherever,” selene says, wiggling her brows.
“just pick a destination, and we can be off.”
