( * fawn’s text is enough to get selene shooting out of her dorm, still in thronecoming garb, to appear at the other’s door. with a quick knock and then linked arms, the pair makes their way quickly down the stairs (because selene doesn’t seem to trust elevators... still). ) fawnie, did you text wren and zeke? ( * as soon as selene gets her answer, she nods and continues on their way again. it’s not long before they arrive at the aforementioned diner and settle into one of the many big booths, waiting for the other two to show up. )

if you were reborn again, who would you like to be and why?

i would like to be someone human. they seem to have it easier. they live for a lesser amount of time and seem to live for more all the same. it’s not confusing -- it’s almost fascinating. and i don’t think humans nowadays encourage locking up their children for their own good. they’re all so oblivious that i’m a little jealous of it.

what's the weirdest dream you've ever had?

“When I was trying to run, but my feet won’t let me” he says before opening his mouth to continue. “Believe me, it’s weird and terrifying being held up”

That would have to be.. hm, dragon eggs omelette. Tasty, but I felt a little hot the following days.

so, does the tie go here?

( ‵ Kay doesn’t know why he’s going to be overly prepared for thronecoming in the first place. One of the few reasons if he’d think, would probably because he wouldn’t want Kaya to look like a total loser beside him, nor anyone for that matter. Another thing that Kay doesn’t know the reason of is that out of all the people to approach for help with, it had to be Wren, another clueless student going to the dance ) so what are we going to do first?  ( ‵ he walks along the street of the Village of Book End, trailing his eyes over the shop signs as if he knows something )

However if the sight of them makes someone he loves happy, then they can burn all the want.

hc + winter

WINTER 

Kay is winter himself-- he breathes winter. When winter comes, he’d start feeling his powers increasing together with some changes in his appearance (paler hair, eyes, skin) 

But this coming winter is very different, he’ll be turning eighteen; and that’s an important age in fairy tales. what will happen? coming soon dun dun duuun

stealing a glance at her friend, the female tried her best to lift up his mood just a little. although she wasn’t sure what was bothering him, she was determined to make sure he went back to the school with a genuinely bright smile on his face. in order to do this, she had decided to take him out on a picnic and while she had to drag him outside, she knew that in a few moments he’ll be willing to open up a little and maybe crack a slight smile.

“look! i brought your favorite cake.” digging into the picnic basket, she brought out a nicely decorated piece of cake that she had stolen from her father’s shoppe. she made the ovens cook it specially for him in hopes that it would make him feel better. 

elizabeth’s nose scrunched up as she bit on the inside of her cheek, looking around for anything else they could possibly do. “it’s so nice outside, don’t you think?” the sun was shining brightly, and there was just the perfect amount of clouds in the sky. a great day for a picnic, really. “please smile. if you can’t do it for yourself, at least try to do it for me?” she leaned her face closer to his, trying her best to get him to look at her as she looked upon him with a smile on her own face.
