my binder arrived in the mail but its way too large like it doesnt work and hangs loose kind of large

i measured myself and got the size my measurements gave so i'm kind of annoyed that it's inaccurate to this point like i can't even alter this shit

sent a message to the seller and hopefully i can get this shit sorted because god the fuck damn it i want a binder for cosplay and life so it needs to be wearable

I don't want it!! :x. I didn't think I would win the first one because I was in a competitive bid war with this other person...and well damn it I don't want the other one anymore! There is no one else bidding on the second bag. I am royally screwed. Any help?
