//heeeyyyyyy guys ;;  it’s been a damn while hasn’t it, man the dust on this blog is thiccque.  i’m so sorry for my absence, i have a small explanation why under the cut, but i just wanted to tell you guys a few things!

//one, i am coming back, i swear this time.  i desperately need an outlet for writing, and an escape from life.  two, i am doing a MAJOR overhaul to my blog to make it a Pokémon roleplay blog!  HUGE thank you/promo to @ghostlysands for actually inspiring me to do this, please give them and their affiliated blogs a follow, you won’t regret it.

//i’m HOPING to have this overhaul done in a week so i can get my ass back to threads and interacting with folks.  bit more personal stuff under the cut but thanks yous so much for your patience, and for reading!

//alright, so...i dont like to post a lot of personal stuff online, but i feel like i owe my mutuals/partners/followers on here an explanation as to why i took such a long hiatus.

//as a lot of you know, i work in a hospital, so COVID has become a huge thing in my life.  on top of that, i’m going to be an aunt soon, and i’ve been trying to help my sister, even though she isn’t the nicest to me about it.  a guy i was talking to/seeing earlier this year has been stalking me, even though i told him i want nothing to do with him.  but worst of all, i had a serious falling out with a special person in my life, and it made my mental health plummet.

//this year has been one of the hardest, but i enjoy rping as an escapism, a way to work through my issues.  i’ve roleplayed for years off and on here on tumblr, but the best experiences i had were when i roleplayed within the Pokémon community.  i met so many wonderful people and wrote so many wonderful stories; ironically, Pokémon/Pokémon GO has been helping me a lot this year to cope with all the bad things happening, hence why i want to return to that community.

//thank you for reading, and being patient with me during one of the hardest times in my life.  give me a week to give this old blog a makeover, and i’ll be back at it.  i look forward to rping in the community that has honestly saved my life.

= Name - Not using my real name online, but besides Echo Nix Michaels, I also go by Gloomie.  My real name is kind of a dead name that I only let family or very very very vERY close friends use on rare cases.

= Gender - Female

= Star sign - Virgo

= Height - 5′11″

= Sexuality - Somewhere-on-the-ace-spectrum-sexual, it fluctuates.

= Favorite animal - Snakes, love my snakes.  

= House - Slytherin bay-beeeeeee

= Sleep - Bruh I fucking wish.  I can sleep forever sometimes, sometimes I can’t sleep, I can function on very little, around three hours, but no matter how much sleep I get I’m always tired.

= Time - 9:28 pm, I need to shower and get my ass in bed, being essential is hard.

= Dogs or Cats - I like both, but I’m more particular to dogs.

= Dream job - I don’t really have one, but if I had to pick, youtube animator/storytime animator, or a personal blogger, author.

= Why I made a tumblr - I’ve had many accounts over the years, from personal to roleplay.  I left Tumblr years ago because of some drama, but some of my best memories/most memorable roleplays have been in the Pokémon community, so I decided to come back recently.  I roleplay with anyone, and use it as a way to give my writing muse an exercise, work through my personal problems, as well as connect with characters that have a special place in my heart.  who hasn’t wanted to have a conversation with their favorite character or fictional hero?  pokémon go ALONE in the last few months has saved me from substance abuse

= Blankets you sleep with - Just one large, dark red, cotton comforter.

= Reasons for my url - I have a strong connection with winter, and gaelic folklore/faerie lore.  I love winter and the cold, and one of my favorite personal mantras is “Faith, trust, and pixie dust” from Peter Pan.  Keep thinking happy thoughts.

= Followers - 26 lovely folks.  It’s about the quality, not the quantity, kids!
