Somewhere in the Omega Timeline, there's a small (?) collection of Swap Sanses that, whilst having no real political power (sans one of them), are well known for helping out around the community! They became known as the Council of Blue (for obvious reasons (even if Grape isn't ... actually .. wearing any blue???)), but most just call them the CoB! YANDERE ECHOSWAP SANS HEADCANONS:

~ Juniper was so surprised when he finally reached the surface. Stars, he had never expected it to be so fascinating! The moment that he felt the cold wind, the warm sun, and heard the chirping of birds, he knew that he wanted to travel the world, and experience everything that the world had to offer him!

~ While on one of his adventures, he met you. The most beautiful thing in all of the adventures that he had had. You were.. like an ice queen. So far away from him, but the more you pushed him away, the more he wanted to have you all for himself. 

~ The more you would push him away, the more Juniper would try to woe you. The more you told him to get lost, the closer he would get to you. Your coldness towards him would warm him in a way he was never warmed before. He needs to have you!

~ Sadly, no matter how much he tried to move your heart, you just never gave into him, breaking his soul more and more with each and every rejection. Could you not see his love for you? Could you not understand how much you were hurting him? He could give you everything you could ever dream about! You just need to love him back...

~ Sadly, if you were not willing to become his one and only... Then you shouldn’t become anyone else's either... He knew that ending your beautiful life was cruel, but true romances end tragically, don’t they? Besides, if he can’t have your heart metaphorically... He will have it literally.

~ It hurt Juniper killing you, but he knew that this was the only other way. With your heart preserved, he continued on his travels, finally not being alone, and having someone to share the beauty with.
